Hybrid Heating and Cooling System
or Dual fuel is a dynamic system that exhibit both constant and isolated
dynamic behavior. It means that a system has tendency to manage flow and jump
activities to be performed at a same time. The dual fuels system works on a simple
principle i.e. They use outside air as a
source for operating the system. When the
temperature falls outside then the system switches to gas fuel furnace.
How Hybrid Cooling and Heating System works
A Dual-Fuel or hybrid system uses
heat pump with a gas furnace for work. The outdoor section is works as a heat
pump and the indoor section, instead of using air handler, uses gas furnace
with a coil. Outdoor system is used to
set the temperature of the house until the outdoor air reaches to a specific
degree. As soon as the temperature falls below the set degree the system
switches to gas furnace for heating.
